Building a culture of customer research
Customer research is a foundational part of Zapier. From the executive team down to developers, everyone is encouraged to speak with customers on a regular basis.
In this 30-minute fireside chat, you'll learn how Zapier has created a culture of customer research across their organization. Roy Olende, head of UX Research, will speak about the value of democratizing research at scale, making sure every employee regularly speaks to customers. You’ll learn how you too can find an organization that values UX research, some of the challenges and many of the benefits Zapier has experienced as they live their value of “grow through feedback.”
He'll talk about the different research altitudes, and how he focuses' his teams' efforts throughout the year. And, he'll offer advice for organizations just starting out on the customer research journey.
